Perl was a hot programming language back in the 1990's. But alas, it has
fallen out of favor as of late. I think the last time that I used it in a
work environment was 2013. And this situation with Perl 6 being an
entirely different animal from Perl 5 as well as the delay in getting Perl 6
out didn't help either. So I was pleasantly surprised that, when I set
up this server, that it had a cgi-bin directory and was set up for Perl. I
hope to do a few things with Perl in this area and make the code available.
